Option 1 — The simplest

Guests self check-in via a standee

No reception staff, no invitations sent in advance. Put a standee at the entrance — guests scan, fill in their details, and the welcome screen calls their name instantly.

Place a QR standee at the entrance
The organizer creates the event in the system and prints the check-in QR code on a standee that fits the event concept.

Guests scan the QR with their phone camera
No app needed — the camera opens the event check-in page straight in the browser.

Fill in the requested details
Full name, organization, phone number... — the fields are customized by the organizer. Tap Check-in and you are done.

The welcome screen calls out the guest
The guest’s name appears prominently on the welcome screen in the lobby — and is automatically added to the event’s lucky-draw list.

For events with a fixed guest list. Each guest receives an email with a unique personal QR code — reception scans and confirms it in about 1 second with the Luck4You Event app.

The organizer emails invitations with personal QR codes

Do this once before the event day, on each receptionist’s phone. It takes about 2 minutes.

Search “Luck4You Event” in the app store
On iPhone open the App Store, on Android open Google Play, and type “Luck4You Event” — or scan the QR code below with your camera to go straight to the download page.

Open the app and choose “Organizer Access”
“Join Event” is the entrance for guests. Reception and organizers choose “Organizer Access”.

Sign in with the account you use on the web
Use the same account you sign in to quaysotrungthuong.vn with — email & password, Google or Apple. No new account needed.

Choose the event to check in
The app lists your account’s events. Tap one to open its dashboard — next time the app opens straight into that event.
Want the app in another language? Tap the language button at the bottom of the first screen — the app supports Tiếng Việt, English, 中文, 日本語 and 한국어.
Several receptionists can share one account on multiple phones. A guest checked in on one phone and scanned again on another shows “Already Checked In”.

Using the app at the reception desk

Once you pick the event, everything lives on its dashboard — the three things reception needs:

Get the event QR code
For Option 1 — guests self check-in via a standee

Tap the QR icon at the top right
Right on the event dashboard. The “QR Check-in” sheet slides up.

Choose a template
Plain, Gold, Aurora or Forest — pick the one that matches your standee concept.

Tap “Save / Share”
Save the image to send to your printer, or share it directly via Zalo or email. Guests scanning this code land on the event check-in page.

Open the check-in camera
For Option 2 — reception scans invitation QR codes

Tap “Check-in”
In the Operations group. The first time, the app asks for camera access — tap “Continue”, then Allow.

Point the camera at the guest’s QR
The QR code from the invitation email, on the guest’s phone screen. The app reads it in about 1 second.

Tap “Scan Next Guest”
The result card shows name, company and check-in time. Tap this button to scan the next person.

  • Check-in Successful — Valid guest — the name appears on the Welcome screen.
  • Already Checked In — This code has been scanned before — double-check who is holding it.
  • Check-in Error — The code does not belong to this event, or the phone is offline.

QR blurry or won’t scan? Tap “Enter Code” and type the check-in code printed under the QR.

View the check-in list
Track who has arrived, right on your phone

Tap “Attendance”
Opens the event’s “Participants” list.

Find a guest
Type a name, code or company in the search box. Tap a person to see their full details.

See recent scans on this phone
On the Check-in screen, tap the list icon at the top right to open “Recent Check-ins”.

“Recent Check-ins” only keeps scans made on that phone and clears when the app is reopened. The full event list is always in “Attendance” and the web admin.
