A word from your event MC

Let’s build your own lucky draw stage together

Hello! Before the stage lights come up and the whole room holds its breath for those lucky numbers, let me walk you through every button and every setting — slowly, clearly, with no confusing jargon at all. Get through the 5 stages below, and your event will be ready to create an unforgettable moment for your audience. At the end of each stage, just tap “Set it up now” and I’ll take you straight to that screen.

THE MAP

Seven steps, from empty account to the big reveal

This whole guide fits into the seven steps below. Skim them once to see where you are, then scroll on for the detail of each screen.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Sign up, then create your first event. Each event gets its own link to open on the projector.

  2. 02

    Set up prizes

Define each prize, how many winners it has, and the draw order.

  3. 03

    Design the screen

Logo, event title, background, number slots, results panel — edited right on the real screen.

  4. 04

    Add participants

Import from Excel/CSV, or quickly generate a range of codes.

  5. 05

    Enter draw mode

Hit the zoom button in the left corner. The screen clears down to just the stage.

  6. 06

    Press Start

The slots spin, then land on the winner. Switch prizes from the controls in the right corner.

  7. 07

    Announce the winner

The honour screen appears for the whole room. Press Confirm and the result is recorded.

BEFORE THE SHOW

This is your stage

The moment your event link opens, this is exactly what your audience will see. Right in the center is where the numbers are about to spin — where every eye in the room will be fixed. Just below it sits a bar of 4 buttons, like 5 wings of the stage, each one leading you to a task you need to prepare before showtime.

The main stage — the 8 most important spots, I’ll walk you through each one.
  1. 1Prizes — add/edit prizes, spin speed, celebration effect.
  2. 2Participants — the list of codes that will take part in the draw.
  3. 3Results — view and download the list of winners.
  4. 4Appearance — change the theme, colors, background, and even the event title/logo/prize name.
  5. 5Sound — background music, sound effects, volume.
  6. 6The Spin button — the moment you press this, the whole room holds its breath. Once the current prize has drawn all its winners, it turns into "New Prize" to move on.
  7. 7Fullscreen — hides every button, leaving only the big draw stage to project on an LED screen for the whole room.
  8. 8The name of the logged-in account and the current plan.
STAGE 01

Dress your stage in its best outfit

Tap “Appearance” on the toolbar — the draw screen shrinks into the middle, the left column lists every clickable component, and the right panel is the property table for whichever one you picked. This is now the single place to change the event title, logo, prize name, and the theme/colors/background — grouped together because they’re all really about “what the stage looks like”. Every change shows up instantly in the preview frame.

The “Draw” tab, open — 11 clickable components on the left, the preview frame in the middle scaled to the real screen’s ratio.
  1. 13 screen tabs — Draw / Honour (single-winner congratulations) / Results (multi-winner congratulations). Switch tabs to style each screen separately.
  2. 2Component list — tap a row to highlight that exact area on the preview and open its property panel. The colored dot shows whether it’s on; a crown icon marks a paid-plan feature (still free to preview, only blocked when you Save).
  3. 3Preview frame — the real draw screen, scaled down to the exact aspect ratio so you can see the whole picture.
  4. 4Property panel — its content changes based on the selected component: text/size/color/effect, or theme/background depending on the type.
  5. 5Save — actually applies it to your event. Tap it as soon as you’re happy, since closing the editor without saving loses every change.
  6. 6Close — exits the editor. There’s no “Reset” button, so to discard changes just close without tapping Save.

11 components on the Draw tab, top to bottom: Preset Theme, Background, Stage Effects, Logo, Event Title, Prize Name, Prize Image, Number Slots, Start Button, Progress, Results Panel.

A closer look at a few of the most-used components — each pick swaps the property panel on the right entirely:

Event Title — content (up to 100 characters), font size, line spacing, a choice of built-in fonts (Anton, Bebas Neue, Montserrat…), solid or gradient color, and a text effect.
Logo — upload several logos at once (up to 7 files), each PNG/JPG/WEBP up to 2MB. Use a transparent background (PNG) for the best look on any theme.
Prize Name — the same size/color/effect controls as Event Title, but applied only to “First Prize”, “Special Prize”…
Panel position lives in the Results panel section: below, left or right of the number slots. Corner rounding is a slider in the Number slots section — all the way up is a circle, 0 is a sharp square.
Background — 3 sources: Suggested (built-in library), Recent (already used), or From device (your own image). Comes with a blur slider and a dark overlay so text stands out more.

Switch tabs at the top of the editor to style both congratulation screens — they use sample data for the preview, no real spin needed:

The Honour tab — the congratulation screen for a single winner: its own background, heading, winning code, name, title/department, lead-in label, prize name, and the celebration effect (Confetti, Streamers, Fireworks…).
The Results tab — the congratulation screen for multiple winners at once: column count, spacing, alignment, reveal effect (one-by-one/all-at-once), and every color/font size on each card.

Good to know before you start: logo/prize images: PNG, JPG, or WEBP, up to 2MB per file. A crown icon next to a component (Background, Logo, Prize Image) means saving it needs a plan upgrade — previewing it is always free, no limits.

STAGE 02

Prepare the prizes that will bring the house down

This is the most important stage — where you decide what will make tonight unforgettable. Build your prize list, set how many people each prize draws, whether the spin is fast or drawn out for suspense, and the effect that bursts out the moment a winner’s name appears.

The prize list — each prize is an expandable card, drag to reorder the giveaway sequence.
  1. 1Guide — opens a step-by-step tour right on this screen.
  2. 2General options — "Exclude previous winners" (automatic, can’t be turned off) and "Lock configuration" (blocks further edits to prizes/participants once everything is finalized).
  3. 3Quick Create — enter many prizes at once with a text list + drag-drop images, auto-matched by filename.
  4. 4Add Prize — creates a new prize, always added to the top of the list.
  5. 5Drag the handle on the left of each card to reorder prizes.
  6. 6Update — tap to actually save; closing without tapping this loses all changes in that prize card (unlike Appearance/Sound, which auto-save).

Open up a prize card, and here’s every field you need to fill in — the card below is set to "Automatic" draw mode so all 8 fields show; in "Manual" mode, only the Spin Duration field is hidden:

Inside a prize card (the lower one, Automatic mode) — 8 fields to pay attention to when configuring.
  1. 1Prize name — the text shown when announced, e.g. “First Prize”.
  2. 2Draw mode — Manual (stops only when you press the button) or Automatic (stops on its own after a set number of seconds).
  3. 3Max winners — the total number of people who will win this prize.
  4. 4Results per spin — e.g. a prize with 100 winners drawn across 5 rounds of 20 each; enter 20 here.
  5. 5Celebration effect — now only 3 choices, matching the editor’s 3 tabs exactly: “Fireworks”, “Honour” (locked if the prize draws more than 1 winner per round), and “Results List”.
  6. 6Spin duration (seconds) — only shown when Draw mode is Automatic.
  7. 7Stop duration (seconds) — the time from pressing stop to a full stop, creating a slow-down feeling.
  8. 8Prize image — PNG or JPG, up to 2MB. This field is now always available for every prize (no separate on/off toggle like before).

STAGE 03

Invite your audience into the game

No players, no names to call out, right? This is the list of codes (and names, if you have them) that will be called tonight. You have 3 ways to bring them in: upload an Excel file, paste the whole list, or type each line by hand.

The draw list — each row is one participant code.
  1. 1Plan Limit card — shows your current plan and the number entered / maximum allowed, plus remaining slots.
  2. 2Search box by name or code.
  3. 3Import from file — import from Excel/CSV, auto-detecting columns even with different column names.
  4. 4Quick Add — paste a text list, one person per line using the format code, name, role. Type 1->300 and press Enter to auto-generate 300 sequential codes.
  5. 5Display Content — rename the columns shown in the table (doesn’t change the actual data).
  6. 6Show avatar — enable to display a participant’s avatar when they win.
  7. 7Edit / Delete buttons for each person in the list.
Import from file — drag & drop an Excel/CSV file, a sample template is provided.
Quick Add — paste a whole long list, each line is automatically split into one person.
Display Content — rename column labels to match your company’s terminology.

STAGE 04

Keep every winning moment

After the applause fades, this is where you review everyone who won, download the list, or clear the stage for a fresh round.

Draw results — every winner, filterable by prize, searchable by code.
  1. 1All Results tab — the full list of everyone who’s won.
  2. 2Deleted Results tab — where deleted results are “kept safe”, so an accidental delete isn’t gone forever.
  3. 3Search box by winning code.
  4. 4Filter by prize — see exactly who won which prize.
  5. 5Row delete button — remove one person from the winners list without affecting anyone else.
  6. 6View results page — opens a separate page to share as a link or display alongside the main draw screen.
  7. 7Reset Results — the “clear the stage” button: wipes the entire winners list to start fresh. Tapping it brings up a confirmation dialog first, so there’s no risk of tapping it by accident.
  8. 8Download list — export the winners list to a file.

Test freely, no worries: while setting up, feel free to press spin as many times as you like to check the effects, prize names, background music, and so on. Once you’re done testing, come back here and tap “Reset Results” to wipe it clean — the stage is as good as new, with no risk of mixing test results with the real ones once your event officially begins.

STAGE 05

Add music for the tense, thrilling moments

A lucky draw without music swelling at just the right moment is like a movie on mute. Here you pick background music and sound effects for every moment — every change saves automatically, no need to tap “Save”. The “Sound” button has been removed from the toolbar to keep the projected screen clean — audio is settled before the event, not mid-draw. Open this screen via ?modal=music or ask the in-app assistant.

The top of the Sound screen — the master switch, sound effects, and per-prize music.
  1. 1Master Sound ON switch — turning this off mutes everything below it.
  2. 2Preview button — listen to each type: Spin sound, Celebration sound, System sound.
  3. 3Individual on/off switches for each sound effect type.
  4. 4Per-prize background music — tap a prize name to open its music list and set a track just for it.
Tap a prize to open a list of 12 built-in tracks — each has a preview button, and your pick saves automatically.

Scroll further down this same screen and you’ll also find:

  1. Volume — a 0–100% slider for all background music, plus 3 quick buttons: Mute / 50% / Max.
  2. Music from YouTube — paste a YouTube link to use your own track as background music, in place of the 12 built-in ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you step out onto the real stage, here are a few things worth knowing so your big night runs smoothly, with no surprises outside the script.

I made changes but can’t find a "Save" button anywhere?+

It depends on the section: Appearance (including the event title, logo, and prize name) and Sound auto-save the instant you change them. Prizes need you to tap “Update” at the bottom for the changes to actually stick.

Can I freely test-spin while setting things up?+

Absolutely, go for it! Press spin as many times as you like to check the effects, music, speed, and so on. Once you’re done, open Results and tap “Reset Results” to wipe it clean — the stage is good as new, ready for the real show with no risk of mixing test results with real ones.

What’s the maximum number of participants I can add?+

It depends on your current plan. Open the Participants section and look at the “Plan Limit” card at the top of the list — it always clearly shows how many you’ve used / the maximum, and how many slots remain.

If I use "Quick Create" in the Prizes section, will I lose my existing prizes?+

Yes. Tapping Apply on the Quick Create screen replaces your entire current prize list — it doesn’t add to it. If you’ve already set up prizes, add new ones with the “Add Prize” button instead of Quick Create.

What’s the max file size for prize images / logo / background images?+

Prize images and logos: PNG, JPG, or WEBP, up to 2MB per file (the logo field accepts several files at once). Your own background image (Appearance → the Background component → “From device” tab): JPG, PNG, or WEBP, ideally a 16:9 ratio (1920×1080) so it doesn’t distort in fullscreen.

If I delete a prize, can I get it back?+

No. Deleting a prize card permanently removes all its settings and attached image. Think it through carefully before deleting.

What’s the cleanest way to display this on an LED screen or projector?+

Tap the Fullscreen button in the bottom-left corner of the main screen. The toolbar and settings buttons all hide away, leaving only the draw area.
