Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of Luck4You ("Luck4You", "we") — via the website, iOS app, or Android app — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Luck4You. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Luck4You is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for online event operations, developed and operated by Code4Change. We provide Organizers with access to the system over the Internet to use features such as check-in, attendee tracking, lucky draws, live voting, and audience engagement (Q&A, games, polls). Attendees experience the service via QR codes, mini games, and a web app that requires no installation. Users do not purchase or own the software's source code.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an Organizer account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you discover unauthorized access, notify us immediately at code4change.co@gmail.com so we can secure and protect your account.

As an Organizer, you are solely responsible for:

• The events you create and run, including their legality and content;
• Prizes, awards, and delivering them to winners; and complying with applicable laws on promotions and lucky draws (including registration/notification with regulators where required by law);
• Attendee data you upload or collect through Luck4You — you represent that you have a valid legal basis (consent or another lawful basis) to collect and use that data;
• The accuracy of guest lists, draw configuration results, and event settings;
• Resolving any attendee complaints related to the event, prizes, or event content — Luck4You is a technical tool, not a co-organizer.

As an Attendee, you agree to provide accurate information when checking in or registering for an event, and to use voting, lucky draw, and interactive features only as intended by the Organizer. You acknowledge that event content, prize eligibility, and event rules are determined by the Organizer, not by Luck4You.

You agree not to:

• Use Luck4You for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
• Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including rigging draw results, bots, or fake votes);
• Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third parties access to the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

You retain ownership of the event content, attendee lists, and data you upload to Luck4You ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the legal basis for collecting and processing your attendees' data. Once an event ends, you may export or request deletion of attendee data; deleted data is permanently removed from our systems per our backup cycle.

Luck4You offers software subscription plans on a recurring basis (monthly/annual), along with paid add-ons. Prices for service plans shown on the website are exclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Any price changes apply only from the next billing cycle and will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

For customers in Vietnam, a 10% VAT rate applies to payment transactions made directly on the website, per regulations for online IT services. Customers who need an e-invoice should provide their business details (company name, tax code, address) at checkout so the system can automatically issue the invoice within 48 business hours.

• No auto-renewal: subscriptions do not automatically renew. When a plan expires, the service is paused until you actively renew for a new period. We will remind you before the expiration date by email or in-app notification.
• Purchases via App Store / Google Play: payment, renewal, and refunds follow Apple/Google's own policies; we cannot directly intervene in these payments.
• When you cancel a plan, you continue to have full access to features until the end of the period you already paid for; your account then reverts to the free plan.

Core features — including event check-in, QR code scanning, live voting, and attendee-facing features — are provided free on the basic plan, subject to usage limits (number of attendees per event, number of concurrent events, storage capacity). We may adjust free-plan limits over time; where a change would materially affect an event you already have in progress, we will provide advance notice and preserve your current configuration until that event ends.

All intellectual property rights in the Luck4You platform — including its software, design, trademarks, and logos — belong to Code4Change. These Terms grant you only the right to access and use the online software service for as long as your subscription remains active. You are not granted any right to copy, distribute, transfer ownership of, or install the software on your own servers. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

Luck4You integrates with third-party services such as Apple's App Store and StoreKit, Google Play Billing, Firebase, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is governed by each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or conduct of third-party services outside our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure under all conditions (including network infrastructure at your event venue, which is outside our control).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luck4You and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or VND 1,000,000 if you have not made any payment. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Luck4You and Code4Change harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) events you create or content you upload; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or a third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via the account settings in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory law provides another resolution mechanism for consumers.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
