Let’s build your own lucky draw stage together
Hello! Before the stage lights come up and the whole room holds its breath for those lucky numbers, let me walk you through every button and every setting — slowly, clearly, with no confusing jargon at all. Get through the 6 stages below, and your event will be ready to create an unforgettable moment for your audience. At the end of each stage, just tap “Set it up now” and I’ll take you straight to that screen.
This is your stage
The moment your event link opens, this is exactly what your audience will see. Right in the center is where the numbers are about to spin — where every eye in the room will be fixed. Just below it sits a bar of 6 buttons, like 6 wings of the stage, each one leading you to a task you need to prepare before showtime.
- 1Logo, event title — change the text, logo, and font.
- 2Prizes, draw style — add/edit prizes, spin speed, effects.
- 3Participants — the list of codes that will take part in the draw.
- 4Results — view and download the list of winners.
- 5Theme — change the theme, colors, frame, background effects.
- 6Sound — background music, sound effects, volume.
- 7The Spin button — the moment you press this, the whole room holds its breath.
- 8Left/right arrows — flip through to preview other prizes, without affecting the prize currently spinning.
- 9Fullscreen — hides every button, leaving only the big draw stage to project on an LED screen for the whole room.
- 10The name of the logged-in account and the current plan.
Name your big night
Tap “Logo, Event Title” on the toolbar — a small panel slides in from the right with 3 tabs. Feel free to experiment, because every change shows up instantly on the stage behind it, so you can see it before deciding to save.
- 1Title Design tab — edit the event name line: content, font size (50–300%), line spacing, letter spacing.
- 2Event Logo tab — upload your company logo, shown above the event name like a formal greeting.
- 3Prize Name tab — style how “First Prize”, “Special Prize”… display, separately from the event name.
- 4Event name field — up to 100 characters, press Enter for a new line.
- 56 font styles: Anton, Default, Bebas Neue, Montserrat, Saira Stencil, Orbitron.
- 6Gradient or Solid text color, plus 6 effects: None / Glow / Shadow / Outline / 3D Depth / Flashing Neon.
- 7Save changes — tap to actually apply it to your event.
Prepare the prizes that will bring the house down
This is the most important stage — where you decide what will make tonight unforgettable. Build your prize list, set how many people each prize draws, whether the spin is fast or drawn out for suspense, and the effect that bursts out the moment a winner’s name appears.
- 1Guide — opens a step-by-step tour right on this screen.
- 2Prize Illustration toggle — turn it on and each prize gets an extra image field.
- 3Hide Draw Count toggle — hides the “X/Y winners drawn for this prize” line.
- 4Quick Create — enter many prizes at once with a text list + drag-drop images, auto-matched by filename.
- 5Add Prize — creates a new prize, always added to the top of the list.
- 6Drag the handle on the left of each card to reorder prizes.
- 7Update — tap to actually save; closing without tapping this loses all changes in that prize card (unlike Theme/Sound, which auto-save).
Open up a prize card, and here’s every field you need to fill in to stage that moment:
- 1Prize name — the text shown when announced, e.g. “First Prize”.
- 2Max winners — the total number of people who will win this prize.
- 3Results per spin — e.g. a prize with 100 winners drawn across 5 rounds of 20 each; enter 20 here.
- 4Draw mode — Manual (stops only when you press the button) or Automatic (stops on its own after a set number of seconds).
- 5Spin duration (seconds) — only shown when Draw mode is Automatic.
- 6Stop duration (seconds) — the time from pressing stop to a full stop, creating a slow-down feeling.
- 7Celebration effect — 8 effects: Fireworks, Radiant, Modern, Creative, Formal, Event Background, Award Ceremony, Blue Wave.
- 8Display style — Standard, Multi-row, or Staged (spins one slot at a time, for extra suspense).
- 9Background music — choose one just for this prize, see Stage 06 for more.
- 10Prize image — PNG or JPG, up to 2MB, shown only when “Prize Illustration” is enabled above.
Invite your audience into the game
No players, no names to call out, right? This is the list of codes (and names, if you have them) that will be called tonight. You have 3 ways to bring them in: upload an Excel file, paste the whole list, or type each line by hand.
- 1Plan Limit card — shows your current plan and the number entered / maximum allowed, plus remaining slots.
- 2Search box by name or code.
- 3Import from file — import from Excel/CSV, auto-detecting columns even with different column names.
- 4Quick Add — paste a text list, one person per line using the format
code, name, role. Type1->300and press Enter to auto-generate 300 sequential codes. - 5Display Content — rename the columns shown in the table (doesn’t change the actual data).
- 6Show avatar — enable to display a participant’s avatar when they win.
- 7Edit / Delete buttons for each person in the list.
Keep every winning moment
After the applause fades, this is where you review everyone who won, download the list, or clear the stage for a fresh round.
- 1All Results tab — the full list of everyone who’s won.
- 2Deleted Results tab — where deleted results are “kept safe”, so an accidental delete isn’t gone forever.
- 3Search box by winning code.
- 4Filter by prize — see exactly who won which prize.
- 5Row delete button — remove one person from the winners list without affecting anyone else.
- 6View results page — opens a separate page to share as a link or display alongside the main draw screen.
- 7Reset Results — the “clear the stage” button: wipes the entire winners list to start fresh. Tapping it brings up a confirmation dialog first, so there’s no risk of tapping it by accident.
- 8Download list — export the winners list to a file.
Test freely, no worries: while setting up, feel free to press spin as many times as you like to check the effects, prize names, background music, and so on. Once you’re done testing, come back here and tap “Reset Results” to wipe it clean — the stage is as good as new, with no risk of mixing test results with the real ones once your event officially begins.

Tap “Theme” to open the decoration panel — the background behind it is almost transparent, because every choice you make shows up on the real stage instantly. There are 7 tabs, like 7 decorating steps, giving you full freedom to mix colors, lighting, and mood for your big night.
- 1Overall Theme — pick a ready-made theme, changing the whole set of colors/frame/buttons at once.
- 2Draw Layout — the spinning dial style, screen arrangement, and number of slots per row.
- 3Frame & Effects — the border around each number slot, background light effects, and the color/font inside each slot.
- 4Buttons — choose the “Start” button style, font size, background/text color.
- 5Stage Effects — background animation effects, filterable by theme.
- 6Background — background image: suggested library, recently used images, or upload your own.
- 7Results List — color and font size for the panel showing the list of winners.
- 8Save changes — tap to actually apply it to your event.
The ideal background image size: a 16:9 ratio, ideally 1920×1080px (Full HD) — it fits perfectly on any LED screen or projector without blurring when scaled up to full size. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or WEBP, up to 3MB per image. Square or too-small images will be stretched, distorted, or blurry in fullscreen — get the ratio right from the start for the best-looking stage.

A lucky draw without music swelling at just the right moment is like a movie on mute. Tap “Sound” to choose background music and sound effects for every moment — every change here saves automatically, no need to tap “Save”.
- 1Master Sound ON switch — turning this off mutes everything below it.
- 2Preview button — listen to each type: Spin sound, Celebration sound, System sound.
- 3Individual on/off switches for each sound effect type.
- 4Per-prize background music — tap a prize name to open its music list and set a track just for it.
Scroll further down this same screen and you’ll also find:
- •Volume — a 0–100% slider for all background music, plus 3 quick buttons: Mute / 50% / Max.
- •Music from YouTube — paste a YouTube link to use your own track as background music, in place of the 12 built-in ones.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before you step out onto the real stage, here are a few things worth knowing so your big night runs smoothly, with no surprises outside the script.
I made changes but can’t find a "Save" button anywhere?+
It depends on the section: Theme and Sound auto-save the instant you change them. Logo/Event Title and Prizes need you to tap “Save changes” or “Update” at the bottom for the changes to actually stick.
Can I freely test-spin while setting things up?+
Absolutely, go for it! Press spin as many times as you like to check the effects, music, speed, and so on. Once you’re done, open Results and tap “Reset Results” to wipe it clean — the stage is good as new, ready for the real show with no risk of mixing test results with real ones.
What’s the maximum number of participants I can add?+
It depends on your current plan. Open the Participants section and look at the “Plan Limit” card at the top of the list — it always clearly shows how many you’ve used / the maximum, and how many slots remain.
If I use "Quick Create" in the Prizes section, will I lose my existing prizes?+
Yes. Tapping Apply on the Quick Create screen replaces your entire current prize list — it doesn’t add to it. If you’ve already set up prizes, add new ones with the “Add Prize” button instead of Quick Create.
What’s the max file size for prize images / background images?+
Prize images: PNG or JPG, up to 2MB. Uploaded background images (Theme › Background › Upload): JPG, PNG, or WEBP, up to 3MB, ideally 16:9 (1920×1080).
If I delete a prize, can I get it back?+
No. Deleting a prize card permanently removes all its settings and attached image. Think it through carefully before deleting.
What’s the cleanest way to display this on an LED screen or projector?+
Tap the Fullscreen button in the bottom-left corner of the main screen. The toolbar and settings buttons all hide away, leaving only the draw area.
